Our Charter:
The Research Triangle Park OpenSolaris User's Group (RTP-OSUG) charter is to drive OpenSolaris awareness and adoption within the Research Triangle Park area, targeting both the academic and the professional communities. There are a large number of Solaris installations in the area along with active open source advocacy groups including Linux User's Groups and a Perl Mongers group. Our goal is to create more awareness of OpenSolaris within these communities and within the RTP area.

Please consider joining our group! Whether you're a subject matter expert or a power user or just interested in learning about OpenSolaris, join us, participate and contribute as we develop the OpenSolaris community in Research Triangle Park.
