Purpose
The Queensland OpenSolaris User Group (QOSUG) seeks to drive OpenSolaris awareness and adoption amongst the enthusiast and industry community in Queensland, Australia. We are a passionate community made up of researchers/academics, systems administrators, enthusiasts and hobbyists alike.
The target audience is any one interested in innovative and market leading solutions, technologies and products. We perceive that a significant number of technical enthusiasts in the area will be interested in meeting and exchanging ideas about OpenSolaris and related technologies. We want to contribute solutions, documentation and small code changes back to the community.
Outputs
The project will archive its contributions, presentations, and other material to the project space on the OpenSolaris site.
