2009

  • We had monthly two hour technical meetings from January to November
  • A highlight of the year was the presentation in January from Simon Phipps, Sun Microsystems Global CTO for Open Source
  • Attendance varied between four and fourteen
  • Some interaction with the Adelaide JUG and OpenSA
  • We are establishing links with Japan based OSUGs with a view to sharing notable speakers via videolink.
