Organising a meeting

Each meeting
- needs a speaker and topic
- a room, the Oracle Boardroom is booked for the fourth Tuesday of each month except for December, however contact before advertising to make sure we haven't been bumped. Telstra has a conference room in Flinders Street that has been used also.
- publicity - send an email on the mailing list a week before. Also send to the main opensolaris announce.

- catering, BYO maybe organise pizza beforehand from Dominos for pickup.
