What type of comments are expected

• Phase 1 features only, unless you believe design choices being made in this phase will prohibit implementation of future features.  

Note that upgrade between encrypted phase 1 datasets and later phases is desireable but not mandatory since phase 1 functionality will continue to be supported.

• Implied or actual user interface
• Missing information
• Invalid or dubious assumptions being made
• Above all "Keep it technical". Where possible separate editorial (spelling, grammar etc) comments separate from technical ones.
