The Visual Panels demo
Installation
If you are running the May 2008 release of Indiana, you can install
Visual Panels by running (as root):
# pkg refresh
# pkg install OSOLvpanels
# svcadm restart manifest-import
Running
The Visual Panels control panels are automatically installed into
the System->Administration menu. We currently have panels for
"Apache Web Server", "Core Files", "Services", and "Shared Folders".
Source code
The source code for Visual Panels is hosted using Mercurial on
opensolaris.org. For the latest copy of our bits, pull from
ssh://anon @hg.opensolaris.org/hg/vpanels/source
.
