Sparks dtrace scripts

During the sparks project, and as needed dtrace has been
used to debug various issues in nscd.  Most of the common
trace information for nscd is viewable from the following
attached dtrace script: nscd.d

This script had multiple runtime compilation options to
enable or disable various diagnostic output.

It is commonly run as:

./nscd.d -p nscd-pid
