Client-Side Hooks

Overview

One thing we'll use client-side hooks for is correctness checks (e.g., warning you about a stale copyright year prior to commit).

Cadmium will implement the hook, and it will push the hook at runtime. So you just need to have Cadmium in the hgrc, and not all the other hooks.
