Resource Management

Overview

The purpose of this project is to discuss, design, and implement enhancments to
the various resource management related features found within OpenSolaris.  This includes Resource Pools, Resource Controls, Scheduling Classes, Physical Resource
Sets, resource management on Zones and Projects, and Extended Accounting.

Project Goals

• Help users get aquainted with OpenSolaris Resource Management.
• Enhance the usability and observability of RM features.
• Discuss and design new features and enhancments.
• Address existing bugs and RFE's related to RM via the discussion forum.

This project will most likely spin off other projects to tackle large
engineering efforts in focused areas.
