Java GNOME Plugin for Netbeans

 This task aims to minimally provide a Netbeans plugin for creating applications using the Java GNOME bindings. A user could select "GTK+/GNOME Application" in the 'New Project' Netbeans wizard and have some template applications created so they could easily jumpstart their project.
