The code has integrated into the gate yesterday. Many thanks to all code-reviewers for your hard work reviewing the big pile of code!

The code-review process is done now, the changes to address the comments are put back into our project gate and we're getting ready to integrate into Nevada. The updated webrev can be seen here.

Decided to split the review into three pieces to be able to assign smaller chunks to individual code-reviewers. And we also have volunteers already.
