smf service configuring user and root account renamed in 171

If you don't use System Configuration profile to configure Solaris instance
(e.g. as part of Automated Installation process), you can safely delete this message.

With the integration of changeset star into build 171

svc:/system/config smf(5) service which is used by new System Configuration
framework (covered by PSARC/2011/128) to configure user and root account
was renamed to svc:/system/config-user.

The change was reflected in sample SC manifests which are bundled with AI
install ISO image and delivered by pkg:/system/install/auto-install/auto-install-common
package as /usr/share/auto_install/sc_profiles/sc_sample.xml and
/usr/share/auto_install/sc_profiles/static_network.xml.

You need to make sure that your SC profile used for configuration
of Solaris instance based on build 171 and newer is accordingly modified,
i.e. change name of system/config smf service to system/config-user.
