Project caiman.minilander install changes

If you do not use the Distribution Constructor to build your own install
media, you can ignore this message.

The following changes is integrated into the slim_source gate today
for build 170.

7013470 Make install technologies compliant with Minilander/Highlander project

If you do not update the system you use for DC builds to
the latest slim_source, no action is required.

If you update the system you use for DC builds to the
latest slim_source bits, between now and when build 170 is
officially available, you will have
to point the IPS repos you use for your DC builds to ones that contain the
minilander bits.
