Project caiman.heads_up_create_manifest

This will interest people who have use installadm.

to slim_source, to be included in B171, includes the following change:

7062946 rename add-manifest to create-manifest to be consistent with other installadm create- subcommands

With this change,
- "installadm add-manifest" is replaced by "installadm create-manifest"
  - Options have not changed, only the subcommand name

- "installadm add-manifest" will still work, but is obsolete.
- "installadm add" which used to be aliased to "add-manifest" is gone.
