Install Media Root Password

This heads-up message is for all users of install media, and consumers of the Distribution Constructor.

With the integration of the changeset below, the default root password for all install media has been changed to "solaris". The non-root user, jack, continues to have a password of "jack". Users building custom images using distro_const(1M) can still override the root password as they see fit, using the <root_pass> element of a DC manifest.
