7012389 Modify svc:/system/install/config to satisfy needs of 'unconfiguration'
7005387 svc:/milestone/single-user:default should depend upon svc:/system/install/config

svc:/system/install/config smf(5) service which is used to configure user
and root account on installed system was renamed to svc:/system/config.

The change was reflected in default AI manifest delivered in build 162.

You need to make sure that your AI manifest used for installation
of bits based on build 162 and newer is accordingly modified, i.e.
change name of system/install/config smf service to system/config.
