AI client and server setup utilities

AI client setup user tasks:

*Provide client info, name, ip addr or mac address. May not be required if we use multi-cast DNS.
*Provide location of microroot and image archives.
*Provide location of AI rules file.
*Optionally provide location for IPS repository to use for installation. If not specified will default to pkg.opensolaris.org.
*Optionally provide location for setup of IPS repository on install server. We will clone a repository, either default or specified, and setup in location specified. Will use this IPS repository for installation.

AI server setup user tasks:

*Provide location of initial image.
*Provide destination for net install image created from initial image.

AI Server utility design notes:

*Must setup tftpboot info based on client data given by user. That is setup the /tftpboot/... files and directories.
*Setup NFS shares for remote archives and files to be accessed by client. Likely the high level directory only for this, since we don´t want to specify each separately.
*Setup http htdocs link to the image. Must find out where the root document is for the http setup on server. If not setup, will not create link. If setup, will create link from document root.
*Copy over, and modify layout if required, of initial image to destination directory specified by user. Specify hierarchy of both initial image and net install image must be known.
*Validate image is correct and complete, within our ability to do so.
*Must calculate space required for net install image to validate space is available in destination.
