XML Driven adt_* Build

adt_* interfaces simplify audit event generation (in userland) and define format of audit records in a clean way. It is possible to generate the appropriate source files in libbsm(3LIB), libadt_jni(3LIB) and a part of the bsmrecord(1M) database from a single XML file describing format of the audit events. This process should be incorporated into standard Makefile-driven ON build process.
