Compiler/patch information for ON builds

 Lint from Sun Studio 12 Update 1:

As of February 2010, ON now uses lint from Sun Studio 12 Update 1 software as a step towards an eventual migration of ON CBE to the Sun Studio 12 Update 1 compilers.
