Subject: Heads up: urtw(7D) wifi driver

You can safely ignore this message if you don't use USB WiFi adapter
based on
RealTek RTL8187L chipsets.

I just integrated the followings into Solaris Nevada:

6814305 Need support Realtek 8187L wireless USB chipset
PSARC 2008/754 RealTek RTL8187L USB 802.11b/g Wireless Driver

The urtw(7D) driver is based on GLDv3 Framework, you can easily use it by
dladm or nwam. Note that urtw(7D) supports security mode of None/WEP/WPA.
See http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/laptop/wireless/urtw/ for
supported devices.

Please file bugs at solaris/driver/wifi if you find any problems.

Thanks,
Michael
