The putback for
         PSARC/2009/204 ZFS user/group quotas & space accounting
         6501037 want user/group quotas on ZFS
is a minor flag day for those creating xen PV domains with
zfs root file systems.  If unable to boot a newly installed PV domain with
a zfs root file system be sure to run /ws/xvm-gate/public/bin/update_xvm
so that the domain booting code understands the new zfs root version.
