Subject: Flag Day: build machines need SUNWgnu-gettext package from SFW build 92

This flag day is for build machine maintainers who have not installed or
live-upgraded their machine since build 92.  Others can stop reading now.

I will be putting back ZFS user quotas[*] very soon, which needs GNU xgettext
to generate the .po translation files from Python sources.

In order for the upcoming ON bits to compile and build correctly,
build machine maintainers will need to have the
SUNWgnu-gettext package from the SFW consolidation gate.

If you have installed for live-upgraded your build machine to build 92 or
later, you already have this package.  Otherwise, please run:

/ws/onnv-gate/public/bin/update_pkgs "GNU gettext" \
     /net/devi.sfbay/export SUNWgnu-gettext
