Greetings,

With the putback of 6791534 "MMS move to use Postgres 8.3" your build
server will need to have /usr/postgres/8.3 which comes on a
fresh-installed system running snv_94 (or later).

Note that bfu users should check carefully, as `uname -v` might report a
newer value, but since bfu only updates ON stuff, and Postgres comes
from SFW, you may still need to run this script:

/ws/onnv-gate/public/bin/update_postgres83
