My putback of

6761986 Update pathname for libfmd_snmp Makefile.com

requires build machines to be updated to build snv_103 (or newer)
version of SMA packages SUNWsmagt, SUNWsmmgr, SUNWsfwhea. The failure to
upgrade the build machines will result in build failures for the
commands usr/src/cmd/fm, usr/src/cmd/hal, and the library usr/src/lib/fm
because the SMA include files and libraries have been moved from
/usr/sfw to /usr (CR 6757301 was integrated to snv_103. See
PSARC/2008/227).

There is a helper script to do this:

/ws/onnv-gate/public/bin/update_sma
