The putback for
         PSARC/2008/659 New ZFS "passthrough-x" ACL inheritance rules
         6765166 Need to provide mechanism to optionally inherit ACE_EXECUTE
is a minor flag day for those creating xen PV domains with
zfs root file systems.  If unable to boot a newly installed PV domain with
a zfs root file system be sure to run /ws/xvm-gate/public/bin/update_xvm
so that the domain booting code understands the new zfs root version.
