Subject: heads-up: 9/17 debug nightly toxic on hotplug-capable platforms: assert in ddi_walk_devs()

If you did a 'pull' from the gate in the last day, a BFU of debug bits
to a hotplug-capable pci platform, including BFU of nightly, will hit
an ASSERT panic in ddi_walk_devs().

The problem, has now been resolved: please see 6749975 if you need more
detail.
