Subject: Minor flag day: incremental builds
The putback for PSARC 2008/087 Extended Accounting Conversion to SMF is
a flag day for those doing incremental builds. The putback removes the
file etc/init.d/acctadm.
You'll need to remove this file from your proto area before doing an
incremental build. Othwerwise you will see the following error when
building BFU archives:
cpiotranslate: etc/init.d/acctadm: no packaging info
