Subject: flag day for mercurial-workspace users of ws (heads up for others)

The putback of

6725534 Mercurial-aware tools putback broke ws

fixes some breakage of ws.

If you downloaded SUNWonbld from the scm-migration project prior to
integration, or used the official SUNWonbld after last Friday, and you
used the "ws" command to activate a mercurial workspace, then your
protodefs may be incorrect.

Corrective action, only needed in Mercurial workspaces:

 	rm $CODEMGR_WS/.hg/org.opensolaris.protodefs
 	ws $CODEMGR_WS

It is safe to take this corrective action, regardless of whether or
not your protodefs were generated incorrectly.

For teamware users who had set PROTO3 explicitly in their protodefs, it
will now be correctly utilized with no further action on your part.

The other breakage described in the bug (nested activation problems) is
solved either by unset-ing CODEMGR_WS, or by using the fixed version of
the ws script.
