Subject: flag day - changes to nightly's runtime checking

Gatelings,
My putback of

6709376 nightly's ELF runtime attributes incorrectly flags other arch
differences

requires that you remove or rename any existing $SRC/runtime.out and
$SRC/runtime.ref files in your workspace.

If you wish to rename these files, they should now become

$SRC/runtime-${MACH}.ref and
$SRC/runtime-${MACH}.out

to reflect the architecture which they are relevant for.

The consumer of these files is the nightly script's runtime ELF
attributes check. With this change the check will now not flag
output from another architecture's build as a change. Those of
you who build both architectures from the same workspace will
appreciate this.
