6616085 fwflash should be generic and pluggable

The fwflash(1M) firmware flashing tool has been enhanced to
provide a plugin interface, which allows it to be the generic
firmware flashing tool for OpenSolaris.

As part of this project, InfiniBand HCA flashing support has
been migrated to use the new architecture.

If you have a need to flash firmware on the SAS expanders in
Sun's JBODs, then you can now do so using this tool.
