Subject: Heads-up: network changes for Solaris HVM domains

The putback of

6659979 need rtls shell driver for PV in HVM networking

is a flag day for anyone who runs Solaris in an xVM HVM domain. With this
putback, the rtls emulated network device will no longer be accessible from
the domU. Instead you must use xnf, the paravirtualized (PV) network driver.
For an existing domain make sure that your domain configuration does not
specify an explicit type for its vif, and update the domU's configuration to
use xnf. New installs of Solaris including these bits will do the right
thing and use xnf from the start.
