Subject: Heads Up: Changing home directory for the root user

Heads up for the putback of

PSARC/2003/039 Alternate home directory for root user
4960338 want to change root's home directory

into snv_87.

This adds an unpopulated home directory ("/root") for the "root" user.
As specified in the ARC case, upgrade does not modify root's home-dir
field in /etc/passwd. If you bfu, and wish to resolve root's home-dir
field in /etc/passwd, be sure to move any root user specific files from
"/" to "/root".

You will likely see a "Files in today's proto message"
saying that the directory root mode 700 wasn't there yesterday.
