Subject: flag day update: NV 77 getpagesizes programs (ctfmerge) requires NV 77 libc.

This is an update to the earlier flag day on how to build a portion of a
workspace that ends up running ctfmerge.

The recommendation provided by Danek Duvall is to first run "bldenv -t
<env>" in your workspace. This sets up the appropriate environment such
that tools like ctfmerge will be pulled from usr/src/tools. This
requires that your workspace has usr/src/tools brought over and built
('make' in usr/src/tools).
