Subject: Heads-up: 6623113 temporarily disallows case-insensitivity

The ZFS team discovered a bit too late that there was a problem with the
new caseinsensitive property and its interaction (or lack thereof) with
'zfs send'.  This is documented in 6622831.

To buy time to offer a proper fix and to avoid any incorrect behavior on
sent file systems, we have temporarily disabled anything but the default
values for file system properties casesensitivity, normalization, and
utf8only.  Those defaults are case-sensitive, none, and off.  Apologies
for any inconvenience.
