If you run a build machine fully installed from Nevada or bfu'ed from S10 you can skip this message.

The putback of

	6522311 adt_ interfaces need automated build process

introduces a dependency on XML::Parser perl package and xmllint(1) for
proper generation of source files in libbsm and libadt_jni.

If you build on a machine bfu'ed from S9, please install the appropriate
dependencies.
