Subject: Flag Day: Incremental builds following DMI removal

My putback for

	LSARC/2006/150 SEA EOF and DMI EOF and Removal
	6375120 EOF DMI

constitutes a flag day for incremental builds. After a bringover
containing my changes, you must either do a clobber build or remove
the below listed files from your proto area before performing a
subsequent incremental. Otherwise you will see failures building
BFU archives and from check_rtime.

Files to remove:

	$ rm -rf $ROOT/etc/dmi $ROOT/var/dmi $ROOT/usr/lib/dmi \
		$ROOT/etc/rc?.d/[SK]*dmi $ROOT/usr/sbin/dmiget \
		$ROOT/usr/sbin/dmi_cmd $ROOT/usr/lib/libdmi* \
		$ROOT/etc/init.d/init.dmi
