Subject: Heads up regarding building recent ON bits on NV_34 build machines

This message is a heads-up for build machine maintainers. Building ON
bits including the FMA x64 putback, on a machine freshly installed or
upgraded to nv_34, will likely fail due to bug 6390617. The fix for
this bug has just been putback to onnv-gate.

The work-around mentioned in that bug should work, but it is best just
to pull this fix into your workspaces. Apologies for any inconvenience.
