Subject: Short heads up about protocmp warnings
If you encoutered a protocmp warning about the permissions on the
var/svc/manifest/network/ssl directory while running an incremental
build of a child of the onnv-gate, then you need to remove that directory
first.
The warning is fixed by my last putback for CR#6350186.
