The OGB is governed by and implements the OpenSolaris Constitution, which was created by the original OGB under the OpenSolaris Charter and then amended by the Annual Meeting in 2008.
All OGB proposals will be debated, iterated, and ratified in public, and community members can participate in those conversations by subscribing to the OGB mailing list.
