Need to document thoroughly for next OGB. Valerie to draft a doc re polling app changes needed and other election management advice, to send to OGB-Private for initial discussion, then add to minutes.
Are all candidate statements now available?
In spite of a lot of effort from OGB, no. Still need from Teresa. Some candidate statements are actually bios. Jim linked to whatever he could find, e.g. LinkedIn.
OGB have done everything we can.
only 65 votes collected so far.
JW will work with website team to ensure poll closes on time and post results.
SP: OGB rep OGB needs to be someone part of the core Solaris engineering team and/or opensolaris web team in order to ensure quick response.
JBeck has been sending mail to Greg Lavender regularly about potential pitfalls, who has been discussing with LE.

Didn't work well last year, not everyone wants to do it, can delay the vote.
How to manage a list of people to remind? Could become a huge effort.
SP Send email to core-contrib discuss list - daily update of # or % of votes in.
SP will send a list of assigned dates on which each OGB member will send a reminder to cc-discuss.
VF - every other day?
SP - every day is fine as long as it's gentle and casual
JB daily is good
JP daily is good, but inappropriate for a candidate
