OGB Meeting 23 March 2010 11AM PT

• Jbeck give  Valerie AI to set up ntp (done) :-)
• Congratulations to everyone who was reelected,
    and to the new members. Best of luck implementing
    the new constitution and moving the community forward!
• AI review:
• Peter AI for CG cleanup  - will continue into next term
• Simon: Send out rotation for Get out the Vote campaign (done)
• All: encourage voting in your way on your day (done)
• All: clean up "future" items from bottom of agenda to help out
        next OGB (done)
• Plocher: Create list of "house-keeping" items for review for
        next OGB (done)
• new AI: make sure we provide that list to the new OGB
            (done)
• Valerie: Create list of extra things to do for the next election
        for the next OGB (done)
• make sure new OGB gets this (done)
• Lynn: come up with dialin number for next OGB - in progress still

Business:

• Reviewed and ratified the Annual Report Michelle had created (added to
    agenda by Jim).  Plocher changed name of report to make it final.
• Item on results skipped, as they were largely discussed while
    waiting for everyone to join
• OGB Handoff list
      - nobody could think of any missing items.
      - Plocher & Simon have twitter password as well as core-contrib-discuss
        password, so they have AI to pass on to rest of new OGB
      - ditto on IRC for opensolaris-meeting
      - Valerie: Follow up with Lynn on new secretary/dialin so
         rest of handoff can be completed.
      - Clarke & Simon to investigate BigBlueButton.org
      - Clarke to also look at getting dialin information.
      - Valerie: contact website folks to get new OGB members
          as owners of ogb-discuss & ogb-private, and onto ogb-private
      - Plocher: to work with website team on appropriate
        grants for outgoing and incoming OGB members, in accordance
        with the new constitution.
• OGB website needs to be cleaned up
      - Tribble to clean up side bars on this page and post
        election results
• Reviewed OGB election advice calendar recommendations, approved.
• Cleaned up suggestion box and future items
• Valerie to draft thanks to core contributors.
• Simon gives "Get out the Vote" awards to Valerie & Jbeck.
      - Valerie gives gushy acceptance speech, thanks everyone.

Post meeting item approved:

• (outgoing) OGB notes that the proposed new constitution has been
    approved by the electorate and that its terms will be taken to
    apply from 00:00 hrs on April 1st 2010.

  - Peter to move Proposed+constitution to new (making sure to
      save the old one)
