BUSINESS:
Townhall agenda - Michelle is keeping the agenda simple, intros, suggestion wall, Q&A.
Plocher would like to have the Agenda up.
Michelle will blog about the Townhall
Peter: Suggest have a couple of things from the back burner to talk about that would be important, there is
extra room, i.e., topic for report and constitution on the agenda.
Peter received about 12 reports for Community One.
Michelle will ask Mark Nelson or Bonnie Corwin to put together or at least attend Town Hall if directions come up and redirect
on reports.
Michelle to put together agenda slide and post back to the agenda.
Valarie would like to see a schedule somewhere with all the logistical inforamtion Michelle will check with Deirdre to find out schedule of rooms for Townhall, etc. and will send email to the group with the
information.
MO - Double check with Jim/Simon on the use of tracking system.
A/I Plocher said would do another draft of an executive summary.
List of questions for the request related to a polling system, discuss Monday morning at the keynote
A/I: Everyone should exchange cell phone numbers for next week to be able to get ahold of one another.
A/I: All, would like to take advantage of face-to-face contact to discuss group stuff, next week after the
keynote.

Everyone on the call gave Diana their attendance to the Go Games and the dinner on Wednesday evening.
