Please submit this FORM to register for the event. As last year, we are charging a nominal fee of $750 per company for up 10 participants.
Testing participants are required to sign a CDA. For 2012, we have a new CDA, based on the CDA used for the 2011 BAT.
We strongly encourage attendees paritipants to hand carry any test equipment they need to the event. If you have shipping questions, please contact Tina Hartshorn for more information.

Unfortunately, the Hotel Sierra in Santa Clara is not available, so we will not have a block of rooms. However, there are many quality properties in the area from which to choose. There are both a Hyatt and a Hilton on Great America Parkway.
