- Hold an OpenSolaris install fest
- Host an OpenSolaris workshop on your campus
- Sponsor an OpenSolaris development project
- Collaborate with Sun to integrate OpenSolaris into your operating systems curriculum
- Sponsor an event for Software Freedom Day
- Participate in FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) activities
