Desktop Communities

 The OpenSolaris community is proud to have connections into a number of desktop based open source communities, with many community members contributing directly to those upstream projects. These set of pages briefly document the communities involved, and some information to get started if you are interested in contributing. For some of these communities, there are already OpenSolaris hosted projects, to provide a build environment, integration, feature work and bug fixes for OpenSolaris based distributions.
