| 0.1 | Remove the 2008.11 desktop background from the spec; this will change for 2009.04. Add 'stretch' and 'rotate' settings to top and bottom panels. Change default application toolbar setting from "both-horiz" to "both" (the community default). Add Nautilus section. Update Panel->Places menu to be consistent with Nautilus->Places menu.
