ARC Participant Duties - Sponsors / Licensees

Background Information

 The duties of an ARC Licensee are described below. To do a responsible, thorough job seems to require about two hours per fast-track case; however, that is highly dependent on the complexity of said cases.

ARC-Licensee Responsibilities

 Each ARC Licensee is expected to:

• mentor the project team for the case to educate them about ARC expectations.
• ensure that the project is actually a fast track and not either a self-review or a full case.
• Follow the steps in the ARC Fast-Track Handbook.
